About

The Story Of SJ Construction Consulting, LLC (SJCC)

SJCC is an elite group of professionals providing professional services to the heavy/civil construction sector. The firm identified the need for expertise in the contractual, financial, and technical complexities within the industry, and instantly addressed it.

Company History

SJCC’s founder, Scott Jennings, P.E., exited his construction companies in 2016 and his fleet of yellow iron transitioned to laptops. His love of the heavy/civil construction business lives on today in the firm’s professional services to Contractors, Owners, Engineers, and Attorneys.

Scott’s first consulting project was onsite management of the civil aspects of a fast-paced $100 million hotel renovation in Hawaii. Three months of this field assignment were actually accomplished from a wheelchair mandated by Scott’s orthopedic surgeon after a bad fall and a broken ankle.

Since 2016, the firm has had over 500 heavy/civil construction and engineering projects in North America, Guam, and New Zealand.

I had a client once tell me ‘Scott, we hired you because you can see the future’. He didn’t realize that I wasn’t alone. Every senior member of our team brings this vision to your issue.

Mr. Scott Jennings, Founder
