About Scott Jennings
Scott’s career started in his family’s construction business, working as a laborer. He hustled his way up to owning a $25 million civil contracting firm. That success came with hard lessons — including setbacks that taught him what works, what doesn’t, and what every contractor should know before they scale.
Today, Scott runs SJ Construction Consulting, LLC (SJCC), where he helps contractors, engineers, and attorneys with estimating, claim support, and expert witness services. He also helps construction firms strengthen operations, improve profitability, and manage complex challenges. Just give him a call – if he can’t help you, he probably knows someone who can.
Additionally, in an effort to deliver the dream to many of owning their own construction company, Scott’s firm helps with contractor licensing, becoming a qualified Responsible Managing Employee (RME), or connecting RMEs from our “bench” of available RMEs.
